Baresque was proud to partner with Woods Bagot on the Adelaide Airport Passenger Experience Enhancement Projects (PEEPs). The series of targeted upgrades transformed key areas throughout the terminal, including redesigned gate lounges, enhanced international arrivals spaces, VIP lounges, family-focused zones and dedicated sensory environments, all designed to improve comfort, accessibility and passenger wellbeing.
Baresque was engaged to supply upholstery that would deliver both exceptional performance and a premium passenger experience. Specified throughout key seating areas, Napoli faux leather in Enoki and Mushroom was selected for its ability to combine long-term durability with luxurious comfort. Featuring an ultra-soft 100% silicone face, Napoli creates inviting seating that supports longer, more comfortable dwell times—an increasingly important consideration as airports evolve from purely transit environments into lifestyle destinations. Its warm, natural tones also complement Woods Bagot's calm and considered interior palette.
Designed to withstand the demands of one of Australia's busiest public environments, Napoli:
Is inherently graffiti-free
Exceeds 500,000 double rubs (Wyzenbeek)
Achieves ASTM E-84 Class A fire performance
The result is a seating solution that balances luxury, durability and ease of maintenance, supporting Woods Bagot's vision for a more intuitive and user-centred airport experience.
