This thoughtfully designed corporate office fit-out accommodates two separate businesses—The Yellow Gate and the Southern Community Justice Centre—within a cohesive, collaborative environment, balancing functionality with a welcoming, client-friendly atmosphere.

Collaborating on the fit-out with Hosking Interior Design and AL Williams Joinery, we helped deliver a reception space that prioritises both acoustic performance and visual harmony.

The reception wall features Zintra Premium Material in Terrazzo Light—a timeless mosaic pattern that provides a contemporary backdrop for each company’s branding and, importantly, delivers essential acoustic treatment for the shared open-plan space, ensuring comfort for both staff and clients.
